There are 7 private treatment rooms all luxuriously decorated and a reception area for you to relax in.

What to wear

Robes, slippers and towels are provided for your convenience

Arrival

We advise you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your treatment in order to complete a consultation card.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Any treatment cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total value of your treatments.

Gift Vouchers

Bloom gift vouchers for that special occasion are available to purchase in person or by phone. We can also send gift vouchers via post if you are unable to collect them.

Reward Cards

Bloom reward cards are available at reception and enable you to collect points towards discounts and complimentary treatments.
